Hi, I’m Manpreet. After 25+ years in enterprise software delivery to Fortune 500 across EMEA, North America, LATAM , I'm conducting independent research into retail technology - focused on what’s working, what’s not, and where there may be opportunities to improve, especially with the rise of AI.
I’m speaking with retail leaders involved in technology implementation decisions to learn from their experiences. I’d love to hear how you're approaching change and how current trends are shaping your decisions. Some of the areas I’m exploring are:
